Pound Unplugged
What is Pound Unplugged?
Inspired by the elements and the process of transformation, POUND Unplugged is an experience that includes high-intensity movements, restorative stretches, rhythmic breathing and meditation. Using Ripstix, exercise drumsticks, the workout guides participants through a deeply intentional, rhythmic journey designed to promote the health and fitness of the whole person – mental, physical, and emotional. Strength
Achieve results with form-focused weight training led by a personal trainer with an emphasis on proper technique and progressive resistance to build and define muscle.
Strength Fusion
Strength Fusion combines strength training with other fitness disciplines to create a dynamic and challenging workout.
This class is designed to blend different types of exercises to create a well-rounded workout incorporating strength training with elements of yoga and pilates to enhance strength, flexibility, core strength, and overall fitness.
In this class you will use equipment such as body weight, lightweight dumbbells, rings, blocks and bands.Tai Chi
Engage in gentle stretching exercises that enhance balance, strength, and stress management. Suitable for all, with options for seated or standing positions (no mat).
Yoga
Experience a rejuvenating yoga session to improve flexibility, strength, and mental clarity. This class focuses on a combination of breath control, simple meditation, and the adoption of specific bodily postures for health and relaxation.
Zumba - Toning
This twist on classic Zumba combines Latin-infused dance moves with targeted body-sculpting exercises. Enjoy the fun and energetic atmosphere while focusing on toning muscles.
If an instructor or the facility needs to cancel a class, you’ll receive an automatic email notification through the Gymmaster app. Please know that we always do our best to arrange a substitute instructor to avoid cancellations whenever possible.
Classes must be booked in advance to reserve your spot through the Gymmaster app or online portal. Members who continue to no-show their scheduled
bookings, may have their access to bookings and classes removed. We encourage members to only reserve spots for classes and personal training sessions that they fully intend to attend.
Late Cancellation: Cancelling within 3 hours of class start time will result in a $5 fee.
No-Show: Not attending or not cancelling prior to 1 hour before class will result in a $10 fee.
If a class is full, you'll be placed on a waitlist. If a spot opens up, you’ll receive an email notification, and you’ll be automatically booked for the class on a first-come, first-served basis. This way, you’ll have a fair chance to attend if an opening becomes available.
