    A full-body, high-intensity fitness class packed with fun and high energy, combining cardio, strength training, and explosive movements. Set the week up with an upbeat full body blast, it'll keep your heart racing while targeting every muscle group. With timed intervals and minimal rest, the class challenges you while maintaining a fun, motivational atmosphere, finishing with a cool down that leaves you feeling accomplished and energized.

  • Circuits

    Circuit Training gives you a total body workout, let our personal trainers push your limits. Build resistance, strength and endurance with this training.

  • Mat Pilates

    Full-body exercise that uses small, controlled movements to strengthen and lengthen muscles, improve flexibility, and enhance posture. It's based on the original exercises created by Joseph Pilates to strengthen his body.

  • Silver Sneakers BOOM MUSCLE (Boomers & Movers)

    Tailored for 55+, this very low-impact workout focuses on strength and mobility exercises to help improve daily functional movements and overall well-being.

  • Silver Sneakers CardioFit (Sunshine Circuit)

    Experience a dynamic circuit workout that cycles through various exercises targeting different muscle groups with minimal rest, ensuring a comprehensive full-body workout.

  • Silver Sneakers Classic (L.I.F.E.)

    A low-impact workout designed to improve strength and mobility, perfect for all fitness levels seeking a gentle yet effective exercise routine.

  • Strength

    Achieve results with form-focused weight training led by a personal trainer with an emphasis on proper technique and progressive resistance to build and define muscle.

  • Tai Chi

    Engage in gentle stretching exercises that enhance balance, strength, and stress management. Suitable for all, with options for seated or standing positions (no mat).

  • Zumba - Toning

    This twist on classic Zumba combines Latin-infused dance moves with targeted body-sculpting exercises. Enjoy the fun and energetic atmosphere while focusing on toning muscles.

If an instructor or the facility needs to cancel a class, you’ll receive an automatic email notification through the Gymmaster app. Please know that we always do our best to arrange a substitute instructor to avoid cancellations whenever possible.

Our cancellation policy is designed to keep things fair for everyone, especially those on the waitlist hoping for a spot in a full class. To avoid any charges, please cancel your booking at least 12 hours before class time. Cancellations made after this window will result in a charge, and cancellations within 1 hour of the class will be considered a no-show. Consistent no-shows or late cancellations may impact your future booking privileges.

If a class is full, you'll be placed on a waitlist. If a spot opens up, you’ll receive an email notification, and you’ll be automatically booked for the class on a first-come, first-served basis. This way, you’ll have a fair chance to attend if an opening becomes available.
